What About Food?

Good question. What about printing in food? We have already seen that its been done with Chocolates, frostings and some pastes. While chicken is still quite a ways away, are there any chefs who would get excited to add it into their arsenal? I haven’t been able to find a restaurant who happens to have one in the kitchen (that’s available to the public) but I can definitely see this happening down the line. While the appearance is definitely awesome, since we eat it, any idea on people optimizing for taste? Also, consistency might be very mouse like or new if it is something meat like. Either way, I’ll eat anything once. Who’s with me?
