Shipping World Wide

The Cube has left the building! The first batch have started shipping and in a few select cases, we may be hand delivering a few. Let us know what your’e printing and we will upload your photos to Facebook, Twitter and the Blog for the next 45 days and beyond!

    I’m keeping an eye on the UPS truck here in Torrance California as it makes its rounds, hoping Santa in a Brown Suit stops at my place soon

    How can I check the tracking number or any information about shipment?

      We will send tracking information once it leaves our doors.

    I don’t know if they have attached tracking numbers or not.  My order does not have any tracking information as yet.  Hopefully that is a sign that they sent a LOT of Cubes out the door and we’ll begin seeing them before they have time to update the tracking.

    I placed my pre-order within the first 45 minutes of the site opening to accept those, so I’d assume my order would be among the first ones delivered.  I haven’t gotten any emails or tracking info yet, and my order status page says “not shipped yet” for all items.  Like you, I’m hoping that means the reporting/status info is lagging behind the actual shipments.

    I think the vast majority would consider it an optimal customer experience if you would place a non binding estimated shipping date for the cube under “My Orders”. People just want a rough idea..
