Cubify at SXSW 2013

We’re excited to be heading to Austin today to kick off SXSW 2013. Here are some events we’re participating in that you won’t want to miss if you’re attending or have invites:

Keynotes: 

Saturday March 9th, 12:30pm: Ping Fu, 3DS’ new Chief Strategy Officer will give a featured keynote followed by a book signing of her new book Bend, Not Break; Austin Convention Center Ballroom D

Monday March 11th, 5:00pm: Avi Reichental, 3DS’ CEO, and Scott Summit, 3DS’ Director of Bespoke Innovations, will be participating on a panel with Alice Taylor from Makie and moderated by Rich Brown from CNET chatting about the future of 3D printing; Omni Hotel Downtown, Longhorn

Exhibit Events:

March 8th-12th: CafeFAB will be hosting Cubes in their space and printing some awesome Japanese characters; Austin Convention Center Booths 1012 & 1014

Parties:

Thursday March 7th, 6pm (Invite Only): AMD is throwing a fun kick off gathering with Cubes in attendance

 Sunday March 10th, 8pm (Invite Only): Crowdtap, a social influencer platform, is hosting a big party with a Cubify 3D printing Photo Booth full of glow in the dark printed glasses and mustaches.
In Austin but not attending SXSW? Be on the lookout for some walking Cubes wandering the streets of Austin and be sure to say hello!

    These pictures are fantastic, Flavor Flav would be proud. I want a 3d printer to wear around my neck too!

    These kind of things need to happen a lot more, places like Comic Con or E3 would eat this up. All we really need is a big public interest and 3D printing becomes present, not future.
