A Sneak Peek at a Printable Future Starts Now
Nokia has been in the news this week with the release of their 3D printing development kit for the Lumia 820.
Anyone that has access to a 3D printer can make their own case and customize it with their own style. It’s something we’re a big fan of at Cubify.
But why stop with just a plain case? Using our new tool AppCreate – a program intended for modelers who make awesome files but have no programming experience – we plugged in the STL file Nokia provided and quickly turned it into an app with fun add ons. The app is free to use and generates a free STL for users to print at home.
You can customize your NOKIA case here, add your own design extras and make it unique.
Let us know if you print something personal with the new app. Send us a picture to share with the 3D printing community to talktocubify AT cubify.com
For more information on the monetization program, AppCreate visit the developers page on Cubify.com.
*This app is for personal use only
